7 - Day No - Reason Return for Full Refund
Customers have the right to apply for a return within 7 days after the receipt of the product for any reason. The product to be returned must be in the same condition as received, unused, and with the original packaging intact. We will cover all shipping costs within these 7 days and provide a completely free prepaid shipping label with a tracking number. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer.
30 - Day Unopened Product Return for Full Refund
If the product remains unopened within 30 days of receipt, customers can apply for a full - refund return. The product must be in its original, unopened condition with all packaging intact. We will bear all shipping costs for unopened products within 30 days and for returns and exchanges that meet our return policy requirements within 30 days. After 30 days, customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns and exchanges. For all eligible returns and exchanges, we provide free prepaid shipping labels; any costs incurred from using a self - selected courier service will not be reimbursed.
However, the following products are not eligible for return and refund:
1. Products that have been maliciously damaged by the customer.
2. Products with missing parts.
3. Products that have been used and are still in good working condition.
Refunds
If you apply for a refund before the product is shipped, we will process the refund immediately. Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, the refund will be processed right away, and the amount will be automatically credited back to your credit card or original payment method.
After - Sales Service
We offer a 90 - day free after - sales service, including free parts replacement and a 90 - day warranty for our children's electric vehicles. If any parts of the product malfunction during this 90 - day period due to non - human - induced reasons, we will replace the parts free of charge.
After the 90 - day period, we still provide paid after - sales service. Lifetime customer support is available. For parts replacement after 90 days, a fee will be charged.
