Returns

Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched immediately after purchase from the nearest available warehouse among our six U.S. warehouse locations. Most customers receive their orders within 2–5 days, with the fastest delivery arriving in as little as 2 days. See our Shipping Policy for the six warehouse locations and full delivery details.

30-Day Return for Full Refund
Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Return eligibility
For a preference-based return, the product must be unused and in its original condition with the original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product description, please contact support@kerryyoo.com before returning it. We will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution at no additional cost to you.

How to request a return
Email support@kerryyoo.com with your order number, product model, reason for the request, and photos or video where relevant. Once your request is approved, our support team will provide the appropriate return warehouse address and return instructions. Please do not send products to our registered office or to the manufacturer without written instructions.

For eligible returns and exchanges within 30 days, we provide a prepaid shipping label with tracking. Costs from using a self-selected courier are not reimbursed.

Refunds
If you request a cancellation before the product is shipped, we will process the refund immediately. Once a returned product is received and approved, the refund will be issued immediately to the original payment method.

We provide a 90-day warranty and free parts replacement for qualifying manufacturing or non-human-caused issues with our children's electric vehicles. Lifetime customer support is available.
