These Terms of Service govern your use of kerryyoo.com and your purchase of products from KerryYoo.
KerryYoo is owned and operated by YIREH COMMERCE LIMITED.
Shipping
We have six U.S. warehouses, and orders ship from the nearest available warehouse based on destination and stock. Most customers receive their orders within 2–5 days after dispatch, with the fastest delivery arriving in as little as 2 days. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. Tracking is provided after dispatch. Please review our Shipping Policy for delivery details and support for delayed or missing packages.
Products and Orders
Product descriptions, pricing, availability, and delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors, limit quantities, or cancel an order when necessary. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we send an order confirmation.
Payment
Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. You authorize us to charge the selected payment method for the order total, including applicable taxes and any approved shipping or other charges.
Returns and Refunds
Customers may request an eligible return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Please review our Refund Policy for eligibility, return instructions, warranty coverage, and refund timing. Once a returned product is received and approved, the refund will be issued immediately to the original payment method.
Warranty and Support
We provide a 90-day warranty and free parts replacement for qualifying manufacturing or non-human-caused issues with our children's electric vehicles. Lifetime customer support is available. Contact support@kerryyoo.com for assistance. Online support is available 24/7.
